In the first part of this clip Anna Belle is arrest, but she has to be forced to the ground because she is resisting. After she is cuffed behind the back she has legirons put on. Next she is lifted off the ground and led off to jail. At the jail she has her cuffs put in front and attached to a chain that’s hooked the bench. She keeps struggling and getting up so a waistchain is put around her waist and her hands are cuffed behind her and the excess chain is used to attach her to the bench. Clip is 5:54.
