The new version of Gotcuffs.com is open and besides the look, the biggest change is you can now stream to phones and tablets. As I continue to add videos I will start adding some smaller versions as well for streaming on cell networks better if you don’t have wi-fi.
I will continue to add older videos to the new site, but until they are all added this area will continue to be open as the “archive” section of Gotcuffs.com.
If you have this section bookmarked the new members area is Gotcuffs.com/members.
If there is a video on this site and the link does not work then most likely it is already on the new site and I just haven’t removed it from here yet.

I will be posting tonight’s update soon with a brand new model. Also I wanted to update on the website and the new website that will be opening soon. The website will basically function the same as the current version, but it will have a different layout, better search features, easier to search models, and built in messaging and comments.
Streaming will also be added as well as download options for each video. Right now I’m working on having the streaming server setup so the videos will play across all mobile devices. Streaming may not work perfectly if you have slow internet or at times of high traffic, but there will always be a download option.
Also the long awaited merge of Hogcuffed.com and Gotcuffs.com will happen. Instead of leaving them as two sites, the new site will be Gotcuffs.com and more. All the old hogcuffed videos will be available on Gotcuffs.com and I will start updating with new videos from time to time that are more hogcuffed themed as well as a mix between the two like the recent Rachel at the bondage bar video. You will be able to browse the site and only see gotcuffs videos or hogcuffed videos, or browse and see everything.
As soon as the media servers are setup the new site will open, which will hopefully be next week.

Thanks for all the input. It’s about 50/50 on people who prefer download/streaming. I will work on finding the best solution to offer them both to members.

I’m still working on setting up the new gotcuffs.com website and the biggest issues I’m working on is setting the site up to be 100% mobile friendly and to have streaming fully functional. Not to get into technical reasons with streaming and cdn’s, would you be happy with a gotcuffs.com site that was a streaming only membership? The site (would also include all hogcuffed.com videos) would offer monthly memberships for $19.99 (cheaper for longer terms) and would be for unlimited streaming. The streaming would work through a large 55 location cdn and videos will stream to phones, tablets, and of course any computer. The bit rate would be adjusted depending on if you are using 3G, 4G, or wi-fi. Downloads of videos would be optional and would be a separate charge. If you are a streaming member you would get heavily discounted downloads. You could stream all you want, but if there are certain videos you want to download to your hard drive you would pay a dollar or two for it. If you are not a member you can still just purchase the download, but it would cost more. You could also purchase a video for streaming and access from any device anytime and it never expires (much like buying movies on amazon).
I’m finding most people prefer streaming rather than downloading and moving forward to the future I think this trend will continue as people use tablets and phones more than desktop computers. One of the problems with a lot of sites is the streaming is slow or choppy for a lot of people. By separating streaming from downloads it will reduce bandwidth cost as streaming actually uses less bandwidth because people tend to skip around in a video and only watch the parts that they want. When a site is mainly download only then you need to download every video you want to watch and most people tend to download as much as they can before their membership expires. Downloads can also cause lots of bandwidth being used due to password sharing/hacking.
To do the streaming correctly it is not cheap to setup the hardware and software to do it. That’s why I am looking at streaming only memberships with download purchases being separate to help off set some cost. It’s also true that you can record a video stream on your computer and save it and some people will do that, and that is fine with me.

*Update* 8-28-14
I posted Tuesday’s update and I will post the update for weds with today’s update. After getting the server issues fixed, my computer decided to stop working, but it is fixed now. I’ll have some new clips up in the next few hours.
I just posted yesterday’s update and I will post today’s update later today. I had server issues after having some things upgraded. It did not affect the front end, only the back end. I’ve been working upgrading the gotcuffs.com site and it is very close to being done. There will also be a pay-per-clip and/or pay-per-stream addition for people who do not like memberships and the membership site will also have full streaming abilities soon. Also we have been creating our own small bondage family of sites including borntobebound.com, gndbondage.com, olderwomentied.com, and now futilestruggles.com. All these sites will be included in the pay-per-clip/streaming as well. Adding the other sites and sharing server resources I am able to upgrade to faster servers and more importantly servers setup for streaming so you will soon be able to watch on your mobile devices better. I am shooting a brand new model today as well so hopefully she will do well.
