Carmen gets arrested while on the beach by the beach patrol. She’s wearing her bikini when she gets cuffed behind the back and then the cuffs are moved to the front. She is taken to the police station where she thinks she is gonna get to go home, but there is a warrant for her arrested…so of course she is put into transport restraints.

In this clip Carmen gets busted again only 2 hours after she was previously busted. She is once again chained to the bench and I get the asp waistchain ready to put on her, but she ask for some different cuffs since just wore those ones…so I put her in an american handcuff transport restraint.
