Here’s a process realism improvement:
Inmates are usually handcuffed and legironed first.
Then Lockbox goes over the handcuffs (while handcuffs are already on).
Then the waist chains goes around, loop through the lockbox/handcuff combination and lock with padlock behind.
Please do that in the future (by female officers of cause, i asked for that a couple times 😉

I think it’s important, too, for prisoner new to lockdown to have their wrists locked behind them, even with a blue-box and a waistchain.
I think it would also be more realistic when the guard stays in the same room during the chanching. The search should be done more carefully and detailed.
