In this last part the girls need to be taken to see the judge so the officer uses two sets of legirons to form a chain gang with the girls. They are all led out of the station and then eventually brought back. Theresa and Vanity end up being released, but JJ is in more trouble and has to stay. After her friends leave she ends up passing out on the chairs int he holding area still cuffed behind the back and legironed.
