In this clip Anna Belle is brought into the police station cuffed behind the back and wearing leg shackles. She was arrested on the boardwalk for being drunk. She gets cuffed to a ring on the counter and after awhile the officer takes her cuffs off so she can sit down, but she starts acting up so she gets cuffed behind the back again while she waits. (FYI: the title of the clip is wrong – it says Thanks for Watching instead of the title, my bad)
