In this clip Detective Anna Belle Lee goes out to pick up a druggie at her apartment. She knocks on the door and eventually Kristi comes out. Anna Belle pushes her up against the wall, searches her, and slaps the cuffs on her. She also puts leg cuffs on Kristi. Next she takes Kristi to the jail where she is left in a chair cuffed behind the back. Next Kristi is cuffed to a ring on the counter while Anna Belle goes and gets some transport chains.
