In the last part of this clip Carissa is awaiting transport to prison to start her 7 year sentence. The officer puts higher security restraints on her that are required by the prison she will be going too. She has short chain leg irons put, a connector chain, leather waistbelt, and hinged cuffs with handcuff helpers to make them much smaller so her wrist fit in them tight.
