The cuffs are hiatt hinged handcuffs. The cuffs are higher security ones with swing through part being solid metal. They have to be opened with a key before putting on since they can’t swing through. They are made so they can’t be bent or pulled apart. I don’t think they make them anymore. The waist chain, leg cuffs, and security box are also hiatts.
