In part 1 of this clip Evalyn is already at the jail and in transport chains when Derek is brought in. Derek was arrested for and becomes very intimidating to Evalyn who is only in jail for a minor drug charge. The officer searches Derek and finds a screw driver in her pants so he decides that she needs to be striped searched. He has Derek undress and then cuffs her back behind the back and searches her.
