In this clip Nikki is brought into the police already cuffed behind the back and wearing legirons. She got arrested for driving on the way to her college prom. She’s not very happy about missing her dance. The police aren’t very happy with her either and leave her cuffed behind the back in the holding area. After a awhile they come and cuff just a wrist to the wall. Later when she needs to be transported to see the judge she is told to stand up and face the wall. Her hands are cuffed back behind her while transport chains are put on. To teach her a lesson the police use the tubes on her hands with her transport chains. She is then told to sit and wait.
