In this clip Belle plays a police cadet who is about to become a real cop, but before she does that she has to through the arrest process from start to finish for a test. She ask her friend Dixie if she will play her prisoner for the test and Dixie agrees thinking it would be fund. She comes to pick Dixie up and cuffs her behind the back, shackles her, and takes her to the jail.
