The last part this series. Anna Belle and Kristi are put into more bondage by the warden. Anna Belle has her hands cuffed over her head and Kristi is hogcuffed on the table. After being like that they are put back into their cell, but left handcuffed.

In part 4 the girls are ordered to be punished by the warden. They are cuffed in front and attached to the same end of a chain. The chain is pulled up to the ceiling holding their arms over their head. They are left there until one of them admits to bringing in the drugs.

In part 3 the girls are taken out of their cell to go meet the warden. Later while in their cell they are subjected to a cell search. They are both cuffed behind the back through the cell bars and then told to stand outside the cell. Drugs are found in the cell so the girls are taken back to see the warden again.
