It’s been too long since I’ve written anything here. I’ve been pretty busy doing shoots lately and also working on doing things to increase the quality of the gotcuffs.com. I’ve been working the last year or so on moving to high definition and now I’m ready to start shooting gotcuffs in HD. The first shoot in HD will be on monday with a new model as well as Anna Belle. I’m testing a few different formats and seem to think that I will go with the most popular and want is becoming the standard. The videos will remain with the extension .mp4, but they will be encoded with the H.264 format. The size will either be 640×360 or 960×540. It will depend on file size once I start editing some shoots. The advantage of the 640×360 is that it will be compatible with iphone/ipod. Some people may have problems with the H.264 at first and will have to upgrade there player or download a new one. I’ll post links to some other players after I test them in the support section. If you have a new computer you won’t have a problem and windows media will even play them on windows 7. Besides quicktime, there are lots of players that will play. Someone using an old mac computer will probably have the most trouble because you can’t upgrade to the newer quicktime. If this is the case then you will have to use a different (and also free) player.
For the studio I’m close to starting some actual construction to build some sets. There will be of course a jail cell, shower room, bedroom, living room, police intake, and a few other smaller sets.
In other news I’ll be going to fetish con this year for the first time and I’m taking Anna Belle with me. I’ll be taking some cuffs and camcorder so I can make some videos as well as a video diary of our trip for the website. For some of the time Anna Belle will be in leg shackles, lock box, and cuffs walking around the convention. If you are going to be there it will be nice to meet some of the members….plus you get to meet Anna Belle. Speaking of Anna Belle I recently did a shoot with her at her place so you get to see her get arrested in her real living room and you also get to see her handcuffed spread eagle to her own bed.
Another change I was looking at was creating a contact sheet type preview for the videos. This way you would get 16 preview images, but you won’t be able to make them very big. I’ll post an update with that included and people can leave comments on wether or not they like it.

Well, I’m half way done with a busy week. The last couple weeks have been really busy. I took a couple of weeks off for vacation and went to Las Vegas last week and this week I have been doing a bunch of shoots. On monday I shot with Serene Isley. She did a really good job and is a really good actress. She had a huge wardrobe collection and lots of pantyhose and stockings that we used. On tuesday I shot with Nikki Masters. She is also a good actress and I think everyone will like her as well. I’m taking today off…sorta…still have to try and get some video edited and ready for the website. Tomorrow and friday I’ll be working with two girls who have already been on the site. Thursday is Elayne and on friday I’ll be shooting with Kristi. Probably sometime next week I’ll be shooting with Anna Belle again in a different setting from the studio. There will also be updates coming soon of Anna Belle with Kendall that I shoot last thursday. For technical news I did change the dimensions of the videos a little bit. Someone pointed out that it looked stretched in the old format depending on what player you used so I changed the size so it should look fine no matter what player you are using now. Also starting with the Kendall/Anna Belle shoot the audio and maybe the video should look a little better. I got a new camera and microphone. I’ll update again later in the week after the shoots.

Just got back from vacation in Las Vegas last night. I’m a little behind on responding to emails. I didn’t take a computer with me and only had my phone and it is too hard to reply to emails typing on a phone. I’m back to work on the website now and have some new videos coming up with Anna Belle, Lola Lynn, Derek, and Carissa. I also have a lot of shoots scheduled over the next couple of weeks. I have one thursday with Kendall who has been on the site before. After that I have shoots with Elayne, a new model, Kristi, Betty Jaded, and another new model. Anna Belle may also help with some of the shoots playing both a cop and a prisoner. I also just received my new video camera today. It should have a better picture than my old camera and the audio should be much much better with the external mic that I have for it. I’ll be using it with Kendall for the first time so I guess we’ll see it’s better or not. Also if you have checked out hogcuffed.com lately it is open now and have done 3 shoots for it so far including Candle, Carissa, and Amaya. I’m working on adding a membership option for that site and possibly setting up a discount system for people who join both websites…if I’m able to do that. I’m also still working the Tony’s favorites section of the site and will be adding more videos to it over time.

Hi…it’s been awhile since I’ve had time to update this section. I’ve been busy working on the studio and doing lots of shoots. I just did a shoot with Anna Belle and Christina Carter so I think everyone will like that one. They take turns playing the cop/prisoner and also both get arrested for one clip. I have some videos of Lola Lynn and of Derek that will start posting soon. There is also more to come with Betty Jaded, Anna Belle, and Carissa. The studios taking longer to get setup than I though. I had to remove an old freight elevator/lift and then build a set of steps to get upstairs. That ended up being much more work than I had thought. I’ve also been tearing down old paneling and cleaning up lots of junk that was left in the building. I’ll probably have to rent a dumpster soon and get rid of everything to make room to start building new walls and sets. I want to build a nice realistic prison set on the second floor. It will have a shower room, jail cells, workout room, visitors room, and isolation room. It will be used for gotcuffs.com and also for hogcuffed.com once I start shooting for that site. Downstairs will have a police intake area, an office, and a bedroom and living room set. I may also shoot at my house sometimes to have outdoor shoots and I may do a set where it starts out side and then the girl gets transported to the jail.
I added a new feature to the website today so that you can see the most recent comments left by people. This way if someone leaves a comment on a video on page 33 you will be able to read it without having to look back through every page to see comments. A central general discussion board is still on my agenda to get done.
I also added a new section under categories called “Tony’s Favorites”. I’m still going through all the shoots, but I’m just adding videos that I really like, enjoyed making, or for some reason that particular video stuck in my mind.
